1. Pan-India Shipping & Logistics+
Every Export Hut order undergoes studio inspection and protective packaging before dispatch. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 1–2 business days.
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune): 4–6 business days via BlueDart Air / Delhivery Express.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / Rest of India: 6–8 business days.
- Special Remote Zones / North East / J&K: 10–14 business days via India Post Speed Post / DTDC.
All parcels are enclosed in moisture-barrier bubble shielding, high-density edge corner guards, and rigid shock-proof outer packaging to guarantee zero transit damage.
Free Express Shipping is provided on all prepaid orders across India (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking). Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional flat verification surcharge of ₹99.
2. Transit Warranty & Replacements+
If your parcel arrives with packaging compromise or structural defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with parcel unboxing footage or photographs at care@exporthut.in. We will immediately arrange a complimentary reverse pickup and dispatch a brand-new replacement piece at zero added charge.
For approved returns, refunds are initiated within 48 hours of studio inspection and credited directly to your original UPI / Bank Account within 3–5 business days.

All items listed and sold on exporthut.in represent physical, bespoke museum-grade stretched canvas paintings and archival fine art tributes created by independent artists to celebrate iconic moments in global streetwear and athletic design history.
Physical Specifications: Each item delivered is a ready-to-hang physical artwork executed with high-pigment acrylic and mixed media onto 380 GSM textured exhibition cotton canvas, professionally gallery-wrapped over 1.25-inch seasoned pine wood stretcher bars.
